Reachdesk is seeking a hands-on Controller to own the accounting function from close to consolidated US GAAP financials across multiple entities and currencies. You will report to the CFO, build a high-performing international team, and drive automation and controls within NetSuite and the broader finance stack.
You will collaborate with leaders across the business on new initiatives, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely closes.
Qualifikationen
- 8+ years hands-on accounting in a multi-entity environment.
- Strong US GAAP knowledge including ASC 606 and principal vs agent judgments.
- Experience owning multi-entity, multi-currency close and consolidation, including intercompany and FX.
- Proven cross-functional leader with credibility across the business.
- Hands-on ERP experience, ideally NetSuite, with automation to improve processes.
Aufgaben
- Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and US GAAP consolidation across six entities, including intercompany and FX.
- Ensure balance sheet integrity; reconciliations and reviews for material accounts.
- Lead technical accounting analyses on revenue recognition, principal vs agent, wallet balances, and breakage; advise CFO.
- Lead external group and UK statutory audits from planning to sign-off.
- Improve internal controls and automation within NetSuite and integrations.
