Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking an exceptional Controller to own the accounting function end‑to‑end, from monthly close through consolidated US GAAP financials. You’ll lead a high‑performing, international team across multiple currencies and entities, driving automation and stronger controls while partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives.

You’ll work with NetSuite, SuiteBilling, and a modern finance stack, delivering timely, accurate reporting and strategic insights to guide business decisions

Qualifications

• Hands-on accounting background with 8+ years in a multi‑entity environment.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge including ASC 606 and related judgments.
• Experience owning a multi‑entity, multi‑currency close and external audits.
• Proven cross‑functional leadership and ability to drive complex work to closure.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close and US GAAP consolidation across six entities, including intercompany and FX.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity with proper reconciliation and review of material accounts.
• Lead technical accounting analyses and recommendations to CFO; implement positions.
• Oversee group and UK statutory audits from planning to sign‑off.
• Improve internal controls and automation within NetSuite and key integrations.
• Manage statutory accounts, tax compliance, and external advisers across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop and lead the international accounting team to high performance.
