Reachdesk is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead the accounting function across six entities and currencies. You will drive close cycles, ensure GAAP accuracy, partner with leaders on initiatives, and enhance automation in NetSuite and related systems.

You will report to the CFO, build a high-performing international team, and own controls, audits, and tax compliance while influencing strategic business decisions across a growing SaaS and prepaid wallet platform.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in accounting, multi-entity environment preferred.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, ASC 606 and principal vs agent concepts.
• Experience leading audits and multi-country filings.
• Public accounting background is a plus.
• Hands-on ERP and process automation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly and year-end close and US GAAP consolidation for six entities.
• Own balance sheet integrity with reconciliations and reviews.
• Perform technical accounting analyses on revenue, wallet balances, and breakage.
• Lead group and UK statutory audits from planning to sign-off.
• Improve internal controls and tax compliance with external advisers.
• Develop and manage the international accounting team.
