Job summary

Reachdesk Ltd is seeking a hands‑on Controller to own the accounting function, from monthly close through consolidated US GAAP financials, audits, and controls. You will lead a high‑performing international team, ensuring accuracy across six entities and multiple currencies.

Reporting to the CFO, you’ll optimize processes, strengthen internal controls, and work with NetSuite and SuiteBilling to automate and accelerate the close.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in a multi‑entity business.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, including consolidation and audits.
• Experience owning multi‑entity, multi‑currency close and external audits.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive process improvements.
• Hands‑on ERP experience, preferably NetSuite, with automation focus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close and US GAAP consolidation across six entities.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity and ensure proper reconciliations.
• Lead technical accounting analyses and audit activity with external advisers.
• Grow and manage an international accounting team and improve controls.
• Drive automation and streamlined processes across NetSuite integrations.
