Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking a hands-on Controller to own our accounting function across multiple entities and currencies. You will drive the monthly close, ensure US GAAP compliance, and lead audits while building a high-performing international accounting team.

You will work with NetSuite, SuiteBilling, and a modern finance stack to improve processes, controls, and automation, reporting to the CFO and partnering with cross-functional leaders across the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity business.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge including ASC 606 and principal vs agent judgments.
• Experience closing multi-entity, multi-currency books and leading external audits.
• Proven ability to research accounting positions and communicate clear recommendations.
• Cross-functional leader who can drive complex work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and US GAAP consolidation for six entities.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity with timely reconciliations.
• Lead technical accounting analysis across revenue recognition and related areas.
• Oversee group and UK statutory audits from planning to sign-off.
• Improve internal controls and automate processes with NetSuite integrations.
• Develop and manage an international accounting team with a high performance bar.
• Collaborate with leaders to drive finance-driven projects and strategic initiatives.
