Reachdesk Ltd. seeks an exceptional Accounting Manager to own our global accounting function, from monthly close through consolidated US GAAP financials, audits, and controls.

Reporting to the CFO, you will help build a high-performing international team and drive automation across NetSuite and key integrations. You will partner with leaders across the business on complex issues, ensure accurate reporting, and strengthen controls while scaling our multi-currency operations and revenue

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity business.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, ASC 606, and related judgements.
• Experience closing multi-entity, multi-currency books and supporting audits.
• Ability to research accounting positions and communicate clear recommendations.
• Proven leadership with the ability to develop teams and drive change.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and US GAAP consolidation across six entities.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity with proper reconciliations and reviews.
• Lead technical accounting analysis for revenue recognition, intercompany, FX, and breakage.
• Manage group and UK statutory audits from planning to sign-off.
• Improve internal controls and automate processes across NetSuite and integrations.
• Oversee tax compliance with external advisers and multi-jurisdictional filings.
