Job summary

Reachdesk Ltd is seeking a hands-on Controller to own the accounting function, delivering monthly close, consolidated US GAAP financials, and audits across multiple entities in a fast-growing global gifting platform.

You will build and lead an international accounting team, strengthen controls, and partner with CFO on strategic initiatives, leveraging NetSuite, SuiteBilling, and automation to scale processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on accounting leadership experience, ideally in a multi-entity business.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge including ASC 606 and principal vs. agent judgments.
• Experience owning multi-entity, multi-currency close and consolidation, including intercompany and audits.
• Hands-on ERP experience with NetSuite and automation to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and US GAAP consolidation across six entities, including intercompany and FX revaluation.
• Lead technical accounting analysis and engage with CFO on positions.
• Lead group and UK statutory audits from planning through fieldwork and sign-off.
• Own internal controls and tax compliance with external advisers.
• Collaborate with leaders on cross-business initiatives and automation projects.
