Job summary

Reachdesk, a global SaaS gifting and swag platform, is seeking a hands-on Controller to own the accounting function across six entities and multiple currencies. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive close efficiency, strengthen controls, and lead an international accounting team with NetSuite/SuiteBilling at the core.

Qualifications

• Strong US GAAP knowledge, including ASC 606 and principal versus agent judgments.
• Experience owning a multi-entity, multi-currency close and consolidation, including intercompany and FX, and leading external audits.
• Hands-on ERP experience, ideally NetSuite, with a track record of using systems and automation to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and US GAAP consolidation across six entities, including intercompany, FX revaluation, and translation.
• Lead technical accounting analysis across revenue recognition, principal versus agent, wallet balances and breakage, and vendor rebates.
• Lead the group and UK statutory audits from planning through fieldwork and sign-off.
• Own and improve internal controls and tax compliance with external advisers.
