Job summary

Reachdesk Ltd is seeking an exceptional Controller to own the global accounting function, from monthly close to consolidated US GAAP reporting. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a high-performing, international team and partner with leaders across the business on critical initiatives.

You will work with NetSuite, SuiteBilling, and a modern finance stack to drive automation, controls, and efficient close cycles in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity setting.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, including ASC 606 and principal vs agent judgments.
• Experience closing multi-entity, multi-currency books and leading external audits.
• Strong technical and business judgment with ability to propose clear accounting positions.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and ability to drive initiatives.
• Hands-on ERP experience with NetSuite and automation to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and US GAAP consolidation across six entities, including intercompany, FX revaluation, and translation.
• Own balance sheet integrity with reconciliations and reviews.
• Lead technical accounting analysis across revenue recognition, principal vs agent, wallet balances and breakage.
• Lead group and UK statutory audits from planning through fieldwork and sign-off.
• Own and improve internal controls, including prepaid wallet funds and segregation of duties.
• Manage statutory accounts and tax compliance with external advisers across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with leaders on finance projects and automate processes in NetSuite stacks.
• Develop and manage an international accounting team with clear performance expectations.
