Job summary

Dropbox is seeking a Program Manager to join the PORT (People Operations, Rewards, and Technology) team. You will oversee the global Contingent Workforce program, partner with MSP and suppliers, and drive improvements to reduce risk and increase efficiency across regions.

You will collaborate with HR, Legal, Procurement and Finance to ensure consistent program execution and maintain up-to-date SOPs while supporting reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Operations/HR administration in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Workday and HR Operations service request management
• Strong customer-service skills with proven track record of customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Gmail and Google Docs
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the global Contingent Workforce program
• Serve as a primary point of contact for CW processes, escalations, and program-related questions from MSP
• Partner with the MSP, suppliers, hiring managers, HR, Legal, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent program execution
• Monitor program processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and implement improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk
• Maintain and continuously improve CW policies, processes, documentation, and governance
• Support reporting, compliance, and program performance tracking
• Support ServiceNow enhancements and updates
• Develop SOPs and Job Aids when necessary for documentation and to streamline processes
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, and Finance to conduct root cause analysis and corrective action plans
• Work with HR Project Managers to support project execution and continuous process improvement
• Maintain documentation for each part of the service and drive communication to stakeholders
• Identify and make recommendations on program/process changes and cost/benefit analyses
• Support ad-hoc HR Ops tasks and reporting
• Work cross-region with onboarding teams
• Create SOPs and Job Aids when necessary
