Job summary

Dropbox, Inc. is seeking an experienced program manager to build and run the Workforce Planning operating system, delivering cadence, governance, and executive reporting.

You will coordinate across Talent Acquisition, HRBP, People Analytics, People Technology, and Finance to keep initiatives moving, scale operations, and enable adoption of tools and policies. This is an individual contributor role focused on operation excellence and structured processes to empower business partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in program management, business operations, planning operations, or strategy and operations.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Ability to create clear plans, timelines, ownership, and operating rhythms.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including senior-leader materials.
• Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, blockers.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Independent work across evolving teams; data-driven delivery and adoption.
• Experience applying product principles to HR initiatives and using AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workforce Planning operating calendar, planning cycles, governance forums, SteerCo, executive reporting, and quarterly org health reviews.
• Track plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and actions across all workstreams to support delivery.
• Own the Enablement & Adoption operating model and delivery infrastructure.
• Challenge unclear scope and dates; mitigate material risks with options.
• Package, schedule, route, and distribute approved Workforce Planning insights and materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders on tooling, reporting, and delivery infrastructure.
• Maintain templates, playbooks, standards, self-service resources, and enablement materials.
• Coordinate training sessions and track adoption of tools and processes.
• Prepare recurring executive materials using content from workstream owners.
