Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce program.
• Manage MSP and VMS teams, including processes and supplier management.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve or create processes.
• Consult with business leaders on workforce strategy.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align global needs.
• Ensure compliance among contingent workforce and suppliers.
