Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Regional Programme Lead to oversee global procurement programmes, including travel and contingent labour, across the responsible region. You will partner with MSPs and stakeholders to drive user-focused delivery and change management.

The role emphasizes leading programme governance, training, and communications while ensuring compliant operations and continuous improvement across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in procurement or business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years experience in a global contingent labour or travel programme management role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with programme delivery, training and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of global programmes in the region and MSPs to ensure good user experience.
• Act as SME with MSP to expand programmes to new country or business unit.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and prioritize improvements and initiatives.
• Support delivery of business and functional strategies through advising and educating stakeholders.
• Provide proactive end-user support for programme queries across processes and systems.
• Develop and deliver programme management training and awareness sessions.
• Build strong internal stakeholder relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Monitor effectiveness of managed performance and report to internal stakeholders.
