Job summary

Lyft is seeking a strategic partner to the business to support our Global Contingent Workforce Program. The Program Lead will balance strategic priorities while helping to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, working cross functionally with teams like Legal, IT, Procurement and our hiring managers.

You’ll report to the contingent workforce program manager and help the team prepare to grow their global footprint while automating and creating education around the CW programs ability to support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management for complex programs.
• Knowledge of contingent workforce guidelines and compliance.
• Experience documenting processes and SOPs.
• Experience in Vendor Management System (VMS) environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Bonus: MSP operations experience; data analysis; Claude tooling.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to support day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce program.
• Help manage the MSP and VMS teams including process, supplier management and automation.
• Identify areas of risk proactively and partner with cross-functional teams to drive solutions to mitigate such risks.
• Identify operational opportunities and help improve existing or develop new processes.
• Consult with business leaders to understand workforce needs and advise on strategy.
• Establish and develop relationships with suppliers, internal customers, People, Procurement, Legal, IT and other stakeholders to drive global operational needs.
• Ensure compliance among contingent workforce and suppliers.
