Job summary

Dropbox is seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Program Manager to own and operate the Workforce Planning operating system, cadence, and governance. You will partner across Talent Acquisition, HRBP, People Analytics, Finance, and People Technology to deliver scalable planning.

This IC role emphasizes enablement, templates, and cross-functional coordination to drive adoption of tools and processes. Key focus is building operating rhythms, managing dashboards, and delivering executive-ready

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, planning operations, or strategy and operations.
• Strong project management skills with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to create clear plans, timelines, ownership, and operating rhythms.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
• Ability to identify/manage risks, dependencies, blockers.
• Attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Ability to work independently across evolving teams.
• Comfort using data/feedback to track delivery and adoption.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools to operational workflows.
• Experience treating employee experience as a product using PM principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workforce Planning operating calendar and governance forums.
• Support delivery across all workstreams by tracking plans, milestones,dependencies, risks, and actions.
• Own Enablement & Adoption operating model and delivery infrastructure.
• Escalate unclear scope, dates, ownership, dependencies; propose options.
• Package, schedule, route, and distribute approved Workforce Planning insights.
• Manage Talent Acquisition as a distribution channel for Workforce Planning content.
• Build and maintain templates, playbooks, standards, and enablement materials.
• Coordinate training sessions and track adoption of tools and processes.
• Prepare recurring executive materials from workstream owners.
• Coordinate with People Analytics and People Technology on tooling and delivery.
• Maintain documentation of decisions, ownership, and processes.
