Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, HR, IT, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in contingent workforce operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard contingent workers in alignment with policy.
• Coordinate lifecycle activities with hiring managers, suppliers, and HR.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards for program visibility.
• Support supplier management and process improvements.
