We offer remote work within the United States, with limited travel, and a compensation focus across merit, bonus, and market analyses. Strong Excel skills and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
• Understanding of compensation practices and market pricing.
• Strong interpersonal, tactful communication and diplomacy.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support annual merit, promotion, and bonus planning processes.
• Provide compensation recommendations using market data and internal comparisons.
• Benchmark jobs and participate in salary surveys.
• Partner with leaders on management of short-term incentive plans.
• Collaborate on job descriptions and ensure regulatory compliance (FLSA).
• Advise external partners on compensation initiatives.
• Produce HR analytics and reports for cross‑functional teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
