Job summary

Experian, a global data and technology company, seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to advise HR and business leaders on compensation strategies. You will use market data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to develop competitive and equitable programs, ensuring alignment with policies and regulations.

This is a remote position reporting to the Senior Compensation Director, with collaboration across Global Total Rewards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
5+ years in compensation or similar, with market analysis and salary administration.
Experience using AI-powered tools to analyze data and support recommendations.
Knowledge of wage/hour and equal pay regulations (federal/state).
Experience presenting analysis to multiple management levels.
Advanced Excel skills and HR system experience.

Responsibilities

Advise HR partners and leaders on compensation decisions and market practices.
Analyze market trends and recommend updates to compensation programs.
Use AI-enabled tools to improve compensation analysis, reporting, and workforce insights.
Evaluate new and revised roles and assign salary grades within the job structure.
Plan and administer base pay, incentive, and executive compensation programs.
Monitor federal, state, and local compensation requirements and equal pay regulations.
Develop compensation training and communication materials for HR teams and managers.
Partner with Global Total Rewards on company-wide compensation programs.
