Job summary

ERMCO, a leading transformer manufacturer, is hiring a Compensation Analyst to optimize pay programs across the US, Canada, and Mexico. You will partner with HR, Talent, and leadership to deliver data-driven insights for competitive and compliant compensation decisions.

Remote role within specified US states with relocation assistance; requires 3+ years of compensation experience and strong Excel/BI skills to support annual salary studies, market evaluations, and communications materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance or related field is required.
Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Minimum of 3 years compensation experience required.
In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, trends and regulatory requirements.
Experience with major survey vendors and salary surveys; ability to create salary structures.
Excel expertise with data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Provide compensation recommendations based on internal equity and external market competitiveness.
Conduct day-to-day compensation evaluations including promotions, market adjustments and hires.
Assist in maintaining salary structures via annual compensation study.
Support compensation processes for US, Canada and Mexico.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations; maintain guidelines and documentation.
Monitor trends and recommend continuous improvement; assist with communications and survey participation.
Handle ad hoc analytics requests and audit compensation data in HRIS.
