Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Global Account Manager for US-based clients to drive client operations, technology performance, and satisfaction. You will maintain relationships with clients, partners, brokers, and internal teams while ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliant tax handling.

Responsibilities include client meetings, retention initiatives, and training on payroll and client-facing platforms, with on-site attendance required at times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred; or 4+ years of PEO, ASO, HCM, EOR, multistate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and partners with proactive communication.
• Manage client accounts and build relationships with clients, brokers, and peers.
• Coordinate system user setup and deliver training on payroll platforms and service applications.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
