Job summary

Globalli is looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage a portfolio of clients across its global payroll, EOR, and HCM platform. The role entails driving customer retention and satisfaction, acting as a trusted advisor while ensuring the successful adoption of the platform.

This individual contributor position will primarily focus on maintaining strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Experience in SaaS or HR technology is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services.
• Experience in SaaS, HCM, payroll, EOR, PEO, HR technology strongly preferred.
• Proven track record managing and growing B2B client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts as the primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
• Drive account retention and manage churn risk proactively.
