Job summary

GoGlobal is seeking a Manager, Account Management – US 2026 to act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth across multiple countries.

You will collaborate with Sales, HR, Payroll, Compliance, Finance and Operations to deliver GoGlobal services and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, International Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, Payroll, HR Services, Professional Services, or BPO.
• Experience managing client relationships in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and support retention and growth.
• Develop strong relationships with client contacts and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in client satisfaction, renewal, and account stability.
• Coordinate QBRs and provide account insights and reporting.
• Support onboarding, service delivery across HR, Payroll, Finance, Governance, and EOR.
