Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead a growing client-managed accounting services team. The role focuses on full-cycle accounting, accuracy, and timely client responses, with opportunities to implement new software and processes.

The ideal candidate will guide training, manage client relationships, and drive efficiencies in a fast-paced environment while supporting leadership and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of management experience.
• Experience with back-office services and staffing industry is preferable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting/ERP systems; ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Train and maintain knowledge of accounting processes to the team.
• Maintain relationships with clients and internal teams involved in billing, payroll, tax, and implementations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to team members.
• Lead client accounting implementations and ensure SOPs are developed by the team.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency in accounting workflows and processes.
• Oversee new client implementations and system integrations; travel may be required.
• Support audits, special projects, and cross-departmental initiatives.
