Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Global Account Manager, US to drive client operations, technology performance, and client satisfaction. You will serve as the primary contact for clients and partners, manage accounts, deliver payroll training, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery.

The role requires excellent communication, time management, and the ability to maintain confidentiality across diverse client relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or college degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 4 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in account management, PEO, EOR, payroll, taxes, benefits, or human resources is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other applications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal partners, brokers, and peers through proactive communication.
• Coordinate system user setup and deliver training on client-facing platforms.
• Identify at-risk clients and lead retention efforts with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Global Client Operations to enhance client experience and drive efficiencies.
• Lead client meetings to review performance and resolve issues.
• Support accurate payroll processing and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on service outcomes.
• Identify process gaps and recommend product/service improvements.
• Provide timely escalation and resolution of client issues via ClientSpace.
