Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure seamless payroll and tax-related services. You will coordinate user setup, training, and retention strategies, acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams.

The role involves overseeing payroll processing, analyzing data for improvements, and guiding on reporting requirements. On-site presence is essential to support operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in payroll, HRIS, or related field.
• Experience with retirement plans (MEP/PEP) a plus is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for a group of clients and coordinate payroll setup.
• Oversee payroll processing and data accuracy across client accounts.
• Provide guidance on tax reporting and client fees; escalate issues as needed.
• Support training and onboarding of new users on client platforms.
