Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of PEO, ASO, HCM, multistate experience preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned group of clients.
• Coordinate client setup and provide training for payroll and reporting platforms.
• Lead retention efforts and coordinate with internal teams for service delivery.
• Oversee payroll processing and resolve payroll issues with accuracy.
• Communicate with clients and internal operations to ensure smooth service.
• Prepare and review client tax and reporting requirements.
• Support with state registrations and payroll tax guidance.
• Schedule and participate in client meetings to address escalations.
