Job summary

Referment is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Implementation to guide a portfolio of employer clients from pre-contract discussions through go-live. You will lead launches, coordinating with Sales and then serving as the main implementation contact, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed.

This remote US-based role collaborates with Client Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering and finance teams, while improving playbooks and workflows for efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• What you will do requires hands-on implementation leadership across US and international clients.
• You will manage complex launches, track milestones and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Strong communication, data literacy, and practical AI-enabled delivery approach.

Responsibilities

• Define launch plans, milestones and responsibilities for US and international clients.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings, SSO setup, eligibility files and platform configuration.
• Manage multiple launches across stages with tasks, dependencies and visibility.
• Build credibility with HR and Benefits leaders and resolve outstanding actions.
• Partner on launch communications, campaigns and webinars to drive participation.
• Provide a smooth handover after launch with Client Success and refine tools using AI.
