Job summary

One Inc is seeking a Manager, Client Success to lead a team within the Customer Experience department. The role is remote in the United States and reports to the Director of Client Success, with supervisory responsibilities and a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will coach, develop, and align the Client Success team around standards, metrics, and cross-functional partnerships. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in related roles, with travel up to 20%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in Client Success / CX / Account Management or related field.
• Leadership experience managing client-facing professionals.
• Experience in a technology company offering SaaS or integrated solutions.
• Insurance and/or payments industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor the Client Success team to drive accountability and client value.
• Set clear performance standards, operating guidelines, and development plans.
• Coach on client leadership, sponsor relationships, strategic communication, and escalation management.
• Drive consistent Client Success processes and engagement frameworks to proactively manage client experience.
• Use reporting, client insights, and metrics to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Promote AI-assisted tools with oversight to improve efficiency.
• Partner across functions to improve the client journey and cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel up to 20% to client locations and company events.
