Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Manager, Client Implementation Project Management to lead PSI’s client implementations remotely in the US. The role combines hands-on delivery with team leadership, balancing strategic direction and day-to-day execution to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes for clients.

You will mentor Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, partner with commercial, product, and operations teams, and shape standardized processes, governance, and timelines that support growth

Qualifications

• Total experience: 10+ years in project or program delivery.
• 8+ years in project or program delivery, plus 2–3 years directly managing project managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Proven ability to own and run a team independently.
• Strategic leadership capability to set vision and drive change.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-level client implementations across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated people-management experience including performance management and capacity planning.
• Ability to support the sales cycle by defining implementation timelines and presenting the approach to clients.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Extensive stakeholder management across departments; PMP/Prince2/Agile certification preferred.

• Sets the strategic vision and operating model for the function, with clear goals.
• Anticipates demand, capability gaps, and risks; shapes function evolution.
• Partners with commercial, product, operations, and solutions leadership for alignment.
