Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience with Fortune 500 clients.
- PMP certification required or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with focus on satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple global projects simultaneously to ensure timely implementation.
- Plan, document, and execute all phases of the project life cycle.
- Build relationships at all levels to understand customer needs.
- Promote continuous process improvement within teams.
- Create implementation level of effort estimates and Statements of Work.
- Provide comprehensive updates to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks and enhance customer value.
