Job summary

LearnLux Financial Wellbeing seeks a Sr. Manager, Client Implementations to lead global onboarding efforts for employer clients, turning signed contracts into smooth launches.

You will partner with Sales to shape deals and, post-signing, become the face of LearnLux for portfolios of clients, building trust with HR and Benefits leaders while orchestrating flawless global rollouts. You’ll be backed by Marketing, Client Success, Engineering, Product, and Finance Planning teams to ensure client

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on implementation experience.
• Experience leading global implementations in high-growth or startup environments.
• Real experience in the employee benefits industry.
• Proven ability to manage global client relationships with cultural fluency.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple launches.
• Proficiency with data and turning numbers into storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Comfort with leveraging AI and refining outputs.

Responsibilities

• Launch clients from pre-contract to go-live and build scalable onboarding playbooks.
• Own the program: kickoff calls, platform configs, milestone tracking, and client task management.
• Advise HR and Benefits leaders and design campaigns to drive utilization.
• Maintain program visibility across multiple clients and stages.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Finance Planning teams.
