Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Manager, Client Implementation Project Management to lead and develop a team of project managers delivering client deployments end-to-end. This role blends hands-on delivery with portfolio oversight, shaping standards and governance across implementations.

You will collaborate with commercial, product, and operations teams to align delivery with PSI strategy, drive capacity planning, and ensure high-quality client outcomes in a fully remote US environment.

Qualifications

• Total experience: 10+ years in professional settings.
• 8+ years in project or program delivery.
• 2–3 years directly managing, coaching, or supervising project managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• PM certifications (Prince2 / PMP) or Agile experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns and leads the client implementation project management team.
• Sets the strategic vision and operating model for the function.
• Balances hands-on delivery with portfolio oversight across projects.
• Partners with commercial, product, operations and solutions leadership.
• Develops standardized processes, tracking, and governance across the portfolio.
• Supports proposals by defining implementation timelines and delivery approaches.
