Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Candidate Experience Coordinator on a 6-month contract to champion the candidate journey and ensure a seamless interview process across global time zones.

In this role you will partner with TA Partners and leaders, manage travel logistics, and uphold Moderna’s values in every touchpoint. The position offers exposure to high-growth HR operations and a chance to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in HR support, recruiting coordination, or fast-paced corporate admin.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with stakeholder management.
• Ability to coordinate across distributed teams and multiple international time zones.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end interview coordination across US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
• High-touch candidate care showcasing Moderna's culture, values, and mission.
• Travel itineraries, hotels, and on-site details with candidates and panels.
• Standardize interview workflows and SLA governance; educate stakeholders.
• Build relationships with Executive Assistants, HRBPs, and TA Operations.
• Audit candidate travel expenses with Finance for timely reimbursements.
• Collaborate with distributed Candidate Experience Associates to balance requisitions.
