Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with Talent Delivery and Hiring teams, delivering best-in-class candidate experiences across regional and global levels. You will manage interview lifecycle, scheduling, travel logistics, and compliance while supporting high-potential projects for internal growth.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders, using Workday, GoodTime, Google Suite and Slack to optimize processes, with hybrid office presence and regional/global

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers across regions.
• Customer-focused approach to candidate experience and interview coordination.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple interviews and travel logistics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple business units regionally and globally.
• Arrange travel (flights, accommodation) and reimbursements; greet onsite candidates.
• Audit Employment Agreements and ensure Background Investigations are completed before start date.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize the interview process.
• Prioritize tasks across regions while maintaining efficiency and experience.
• Master ATS and recruiting tools (Workday, GoodTime, Google Suite, Slack).
• Contribute to regional/global projects aligned to the Global RC vision; provide insights via Tableau dashboards.
