The role demands strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Travel is primarily local with some overnight opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for candidates throughout interview process.
• Schedule interviews including travel, offsite, and video conferences.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ATS updates.
• Deliver professional communications with confidentiality and service.
• Prepare and deliver offer letters and related documents.
• Create job postings and advertisements consistently.
• Plan and conduct recruiting events, in-person or virtual.
• Assist in diversity initiatives and related projects.
