You will manage interviews, coordinate calendars across time zones, maintain ATS data, chase feedback, and assist with ad-hoc recruitment projects. A fast-paced, detail-oriented communicator thrives in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, candidate experience, or a similar high-volume environment.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of activity.
• Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confident, proactive communicator with a “get it done” attitude.
• Strong calendar management and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews, managing calendars and meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and support recruitment reporting and metrics.
• Chase feedback and keep hiring processes moving efficiently and on track within agreed timelines.
• Support recruiters with high-volume booking activity, ensuring priorities are managed effectively during busy periods.
• Assist with ad-hoc recruitment projects, process improvements, and other operational tasks as required.
