Rakuten International in SF Bay Area is hiring a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support end-to-end interview processes, coordinate with candidates, TA Partners and Hiring Managers, and create offer letters.

You will schedule interviews across US and worldwide, ensure timely communication, and help drive TA operations projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as TA/Recruiting Coordinator
• Ability to work in high-volume, multi-time zone scheduling
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Confidential handling of sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule logistics for high-volume interviews across US and worldwide with TA Partner and interview team
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers and TA Partners
• Ensure clear, timely communication of interview logistics to candidates, recruiters and interview teams
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and obtain additional availability when necessary
• Support TA Ops projects including data tracking, reporting and documentation
