Job summary

Peloton in New York City is seeking a Candidate Experience Coordinator to support the Recruitment team across functions and geographies. You will manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and the candidate journey from first contact through the interview process.

You will coordinate interview logistics, participate in recruiting events, maintain reporting and data integrity in Greenhouse, and partner with hiring managers and global stakeholders to deliver an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• 1+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting coordination experience.
• Experience using Candidate.FYI for interview scheduling alongside Greenhouse ATS is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Empathetic and customer-service oriented with strong collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a large volume of interviews across functions and geographies.
• Deliver clear communication between hiring managers, candidates, and global stakeholders.
• Manage interview scheduling using Candidate.FYI and Greenhouse ATS.
• Maintain external company pages, hiring platforms and employer-branding sites.
• Oversee the candidate interview experience from initial contact to final interview.
• Maintain reporting and data integrity within internal tools and Greenhouse.
• Serve as liaison between hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters across time zones.
• Assist with recruiting events planning and coordination.
• Coordinate on-site interviews including logistics, greetings, and tours.
