Job summary

Zoom is seeking a senior partnerships leader to drive the company’s entry into the global BPO market. You will own the full pursuit lifecycle from initial engagement to signed partnerships, collaborating across CX Product, Sales, and Programs to land major BPOs and onboard them to Zoom's CX platform.

This hunter role requires 7+ years in business development or channel sales within CCaaS/UCaaS, with a proven record closing multi-stakeholder deals and a deep understanding of BPO operating models.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or channel sales within CCaaS/UCaaS.
• Proven track record closing complex multi-stakeholder partnerships with large outsourcers.
• Deep understanding of the BPO operating model and outsourcing procurement.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close BPO partnerships globally.
• Own the full business development lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding.
• Position Zoom's CX portfolio as platform of choice for BPOs across geographies.
• Navigate BPO-specific needs: scaling, reporting, pricing, certification requirements.
