The role requires 5+ years in high-volume billing, proficiency with Excel and Aderant, and strong communication skills. A law or professional services background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-volume billing portfolios in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct billing or client accounts (domestic and global).
• Team lead experience preferred; strong Excel and Aderant skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage top-tier billing portfolios and complex monthly reporting.
• Review prebills, obtain approvals for deferrals and write-offs.
• Handle billing inquiries and SLA-driven tickets.
• Ensure accurate client billing requirements and timesheets.
• Submit invoices per client requirements and policy.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Legal Support Services, and teams.
• Lead global client unified billing and liaise with counterparts.
