Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Client Accounts Administrator to manage top-tier billing portfolios for complex domestic and global clients. The role supports regional and global billing initiatives, editing and finalizing invoices on a monthly cycle with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Legal Support Services and Accounting teams, provide training, and act as SME in billing. Hybrid work arrangement may be available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field highly preferred.
• 5 years’ successfully managing high-volume billing portfolios in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert knowledge and experience with direct billing or client accounts for a law or professional services organization.
• Experience as a team lead is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex monthly client billing for US and global clients.
• Edit, proofread, finalize, and submit invoices on a monthly cycle.
• Provide accurate client billing requirements and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyze monthly reporting in collaboration with other teams.
• Train and mentor staff on billing procedures and tools.
• Proxy for managers when needed and drive process improvements.
