Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Client Accounts Administrator to support top-tier billing portfolios across domestic and international clients. The role involves finalizing invoices, performing detailed data analysis, and providing full-cycle billing support within a hybrid work model.

You will collaborate with Legal Support Services and Accounting to ensure timely, accurate invoicing and reporting, while mentoring teammates and driving billing improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume billing portfolios in a law or professional services firm.
• Proven expertise in Excel and e-billing platforms such as BillBlast.
• Ability to review prebills, seek approvals for deferrals, write-offs and transfers.
• Strong communication and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex domestic and global billing for top clients.
• Edit, proofread, finalize, and submit invoices monthly.
• Provide detailed billing analysis to attorneys and staff.
• Coordinate with Accounting Service Desk to resolve billing tickets.
• Prepare monthly client reporting and accrual information.
• Train and mentor staff on billing procedures.
