Qualifications

• 7 years of billing experience in a law or professional services firm.
• 2 years in a management or supervisory role preferred.
• Advanced Excel and accounting systems (Elite/Aderant) experience required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to implement best practices for Global Billing and Reporting.
• Lead Client Account Analysts with daily supervision and guidance.
• Oversee monthly billing close and open processes; escalate delays to leaders.
• Ensure assignments are completed timely to meet client expectations.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews for team members.
• Onboard new staff and train on billing processes and policies.
• Track metrics and improve client service through data insights.
• Create and validate complex monthly reporting; identify additional needs.
