The role requires supervising analysts, coaching staff, and ensuring high-quality reporting. A hybrid U.S. office arrangement will apply, with remote and on-site coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
• Experience managing a billing team in a law or professional services firm.
• Advanced Excel and accounting system proficiency (Elite/Aderant).
• Experience with e-Billing applications and global billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to implement best practices for Global Billing and Reporting.
• Lead Client Account Analysts with daily supervision and guidance.
• Oversee monthly billing close and resolve delays or concerns with senior leadership.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews for team members.
• Onboard new staff and ensure understanding of billing processes and training requirements.
