Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to implement best practices for Global Billing and Reporting.
• Lead Client Account Analysts and supervise daily operations.
• Oversee monthly billing close and resolve issues with senior leadership.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments meeting client expectations.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews for team members.
• Onboard new staff and guide on billing processes and required training.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior management for timely resolution.
• Track metrics and reporting; identify needs to strengthen client support.
