Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field highly preferred.
• 7 years of experience in a billing function in a law or professional services firm.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting systems such as Elite and/or Aderant.
• Advanced experience with e-Billing applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive global billing improvements.
• Lead Client Account Analysts and supervise daily activities.
• Oversee monthly billing close and address issues with senior leadership.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments meeting client expectations.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Onboard new team members and guide billing processes.
• Escalate unresolved issues and track metrics and reporting.
• Support project management and lead initiatives.
• Handle daily tickets in Reports, Time Inquiries, and US Global Billing ServiceNow queues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
