Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead a scale-wide Global B2B program across multiple geographies and P&Ls. You will own the integrated plan, run sequencing forums, and drive execution across core platform layers while reporting status to executives.

You’ll partner with teams in the US and Europe, translating strategy into dated commitments and a reusable product standard. This fully remote role offers strong benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of TPM or related roles across platform, product and GTM work.
• Ability to build and maintain one integrated plan across multiple orgs and cadences.
• Experience standing up sequencing or prioritization forums across teams.
• Comfort operating autonomously in ambiguity to produce dated plans.
• Clear communication of complex tech problems to all levels, including C-level.
• Experience in programs serving multiple P&Ls with shared systems like CRM/billing.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end Global B2B program management with cross-org plan and owners.
• Run a sequencing forum to arbitrate priorities and capacity.
• Coordinate platform-wide execution across core layers and funding models.
• Track health across revenue lines and escalate risks early.
• Align with Europe teams on integration timelines and commitments.
• Lead annual planning to translate scope into resourced initiatives.
• Enforce a consistent product standard and gating for changes.
• Design onboarding for acquired businesses covering P&L and GTM.
