Job summary

Lyft is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Global B2B initiative to unify cross-organizational plans across US B2B, EU B2B, EU B2G, Chauffeur, and partner ecosystems. You will own the end-to-end program, run cross-team sequencing, and drive execution across core platform layers while reporting progress to executives.

You will collaborate with Lyft Europe, Growth, and Finance to align priorities, manage annual planning cycles, and enforce product standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technical Program Management, Program/Project Management, or related role.
• Ability to build and hold one integrated plan across multiple orgs with different priorities.
• Experience running a sequencing/prioritization forum where competing business cases are arbitrated.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguity with a written, dated plan.
• Able to communicate highly technical and cross-functional problems to all levels, including executives.
• Experience with platform or infrastructure programs serving multiple business lines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Global B2B program management, building and maintaining the integrated cross-org plan and assigning owners/dates.
• Run the sequencing forum to resolve priorities and arbitrate capacity across commitments.
• Drive execution across platform layers, coordinating owners and surfacing where design authority and funding must be settled.
• Track and report program health across revenue lines (US B2B, EU B2B, EU B2G, Chauffeur, Partner/Protocol).
• Lead joint planning with Global B2B and Lyft Europe to align integration timelines and commitments.
• Manage the annual planning cycle for Global B2B from September through November.
• Build and enforce a consistent product standard and a scoping gate to prevent scope changes from consuming capacity.
• Design onboarding for newly acquired or connected businesses, covering platform, systems, P&L, reporting, and GTM motion.
• Partner with Partnerships, Rider, and MBA to bring AI/agentic surfaces and protocol work into the Global B2B plan from the start.
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders from engineers to executives.
