Lyft seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead the Global B2B cross-organizational program from strategy to delivery, across multiple geographies and functions. You will build and maintain an integrated plan, name dependencies with owners and dates, and keep the plan honest as priorities shift.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management, PM/Program roles across platforms, products and GTM work.
• Ability to build and maintain one integrated plan across multiple orgs with dependent work.
• Experience leading sequencing/prioritization forums with shared capacity.
• Able to translate high-level direction into a dated, written plan.
• Able to explain complex technical problems to engineers and executives, clearly.

• Own end-to-end program management of Global B2B; maintain integrated cross-org plan with owners and dates.
• Run sequencing forum to align business cases, priorities, and capacity across commitments.
• Drive execution across platform layers; coordinate owners and resolve design/funding gaps.
• Track program health and escalDate risks across revenue lines; mitigate delays early.
• Lead joint planning with Global B2B and Lyft Europe for integrations and timelines.
• Manage annual planning cycle, translating scope into resourced initiatives (Sept–Nov).
• Build and enforce a consistent product standard across the portfolio with gating processes.
• Design onboarding for newly acquired or connected businesses covering platform, P&L, reporting, GTM.
