The position emphasizes relationship building, program activation, and alignment with EY's global alliance leadership, delivering measurable impact and compliance across geographies.

Qualifications

• Ability to juggle many activities and provide enablement services in relationship management, governance oversight, and contract management.
• Understanding of Databricks technology and benefits of alliance partner products.
• Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services.
• Experience and success in building and nurturing win–win alliance relationships.
• Strong networking and influence skills to drive actions and deliver results across teams.
• Credible communicator with excellent organization and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Databricks alliance partner program strategy.
• Gain access to alliance Databricks level programs and deploy alliance partner programs globally with local activation and governance.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with complete financial reporting and metrics as needed for alliance impact.
• Activate new countries and regions globally ensuring approvals and governance for new programs.
• Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements.
• Contribute to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network with content, knowledge sharing, and market insights.
